During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free season! Horses can be brought along. The sauna and bathing area, 50 meters from the main house, you may need to share with other guests. Wi-Fi: 13-36 Mbps - Zoom meetings work.

The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

Idyllic apartment on the outskirts of Schwerin

I had booked the room with Bernd from June 20 to 22. The decision for this room was made due to the great photos, the description of the location and the spacious garden that was also available for use. The communication was excellent from the beginning😊. Inquiries were answered very promptly and it was a very friendly contact from the beginning👍. Check-in was flexible and hassle-free. Bernd greeted me personally and gave me plenty of information about all kinds of activities. A folder about Schwerin and the surrounding area was also available. The refrigerator was also ready for operation, so I could store my food and drinks well. A large living room, small but clean bathroom and a bedroom with a large bed and good mattress showed me: Everything as described👍😊. I felt very comfortable and know that this apartment is also my first address when I am back in Schwerin. Thank you for a lovely time👍😊.

A place to forget the stress of the rest of the world. We were warmly welcomed, the accommodation was very high quality and the grounds an absolute dream. There were even farm products to buy. We would love to come back here again and again and wish we would have had more time. In summer, the apartment could get hot, so evening ventilation is necessary.

We felt very comfortable at the place! Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and provided with lots of little details that made the stay particularly pleasant. Everything was really thought of – even for our 2.5-year-old daughter there were toys and an extra crib. The communication with Lea was straightforward, warm and very reliable. We would come back anytime!

Everything as shown in the photos and as described. The room/apartment looks a little uncomfortable, because, for example, all the walls are bare and there are no decorative elements. But you can already see this in the pictures. If you don't value "nice" accommodation, it's perfect: uncomplicated key handover, everything clean, comfortable bed, good shower, great fireplace for cold evenings and the location is unbeatable and simply the absolute dream so close to the beach. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is very pretty and centrally located. In a few minutes you can walk to the pretty old town (with its many beautiful restaurants) and Schwerin Castle. Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. However, since we explored the area on foot or on very nice and well-developed routes with bikes, we looked for a free parking space a little outside.
