Vacation rentals with a patio in Warren

My son and I stayed there for a little family reunion get together. We were 10 minutes from my family. Apartment the apartment was so cute. The area was really nice and quaint. The best part was coming back home and sitting on the balcony. And just enjoying the neighborhood.. it was really hard to leave. There are a lot of stores and places to eat and walking distance. A melting pot of history in that area. Even if you wanna go downtown, you could take the train. The station is maybe five minutes away. This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! Fun space that was in a perfect spot for a show we were going to at the Roxy / Munhall’s. The apartment was walkable to many other businesses in the area. The host kindly left us small surprises, like great snacks and a coupon to the restaurant directly under the apartment (highly recommend taking advantage of it, great burritos there). We would definitely love to stay again if ever in the area!

Great value for the money for sure! Very well stocked kitchen – I had everything I needed. I appreciated that it was not a cluttered space. I had plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom to put my things.

We stayed in Claire's farmhouse apartment to attend a family function in the area. It is a beautiful and peaceful space. Claire provided clear instructions and included thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. The apartment feels very private and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Being on the farm is an added bonus with the farmstand just outside the door. We were able to cook a few delicious meals with the fresh and *very* local ingredients. Our son and our dog loved to look at the goats and chickens. If you're visiting the area and are considering this space, there's no need to hesitate. It's perfect.

We had a truly lovely stay. The space was clean and beautifully arranged — thoughtfully designed and highly functional. Everything felt intentional, which made our time there both comfortable and easy. It felt like home. Communication with the host was excellent. We received our check-in code well ahead of time, with clear and helpful instructions. Being able to check in early was an unexpected bonus that we really appreciated. Street parking was simple and always available. The location is ideal — close to everything in Akron, yet still in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!

A terrific place. This was our third stay. State of the art — fully equipped, well maintained, comfortable furnishings and beds, picturesque location. Very pleasant host. One of the nicest Airbnbs among the dozens we have visited from coast to coast. Highly recommended.

This was the second time we stayed at this location. We cannot say enough how great this rental is!! Everything is spotlessly clean. The fenced in backyard is great. Rob keeps the pool and hot tub in pristine condition. The fire pit in the back yard is great to sit around at night. We were very lucky to have perfect weather the entire week and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub every day. The location is central to all the wineries and covered bridges. This year we were able to meet Rob when he stopped out to clean the pool...what a nice guy...really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. This is a definite 5 star plus location. The only negative thing and is something that Rob and Cassie have no control over, is the constant barking of the 3 large dogs in the adjacent yard. The only positive thing about them is that you will not need an alarm clock as the dogs will wake you up precisely at 7:30 every morning. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!!!

House was wonderful. Super clean and cute. In a quiet, nice neighborhood. Older homes but kept up really well. This home has clearly been updated. Had everything we needed, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and Mill Creek Park. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Very work the price for us!

Only issue I had was quickly resolved without any issue and cannot be more thankful. (Door to room got locked by mistake but they got it unlocked quickly!)

Absolutely served our purpose of a place to get a good night sleep after a concert before our long drive the next day. Paul was able to accommodate an early check in which was beneficial to our evening plans. Nice place in a nice neighborhood.

Jody was very responsive to any questions and requests. The house was as pictured and was very spacious and clean. It is walking distance to a nice park. This is a very convenient location when we visit family in this area, so we will definitely consider Jody's property again in the future.

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

We very much enjoyed these accommodations. Felt safe and at home. Clean, spacious. Amazing shower! Lots of clean linens. Washer with soap and dryer super convenient. Look forward to another stay!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.
