This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

This was another excellent stay—everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’ve stayed at this property and others managed by the host multiple times, and I keep coming back because the management is consistently outstanding. Highly recommended.

Always a great place to stay. But the checkin process is annoying as hell and intrusive. I already verified my identity Airbnb. Making me go through the whole ID process again is absurd and frustrating.

The place was fantastic. Her directions with pictures made it really easy to find. Check-in was super easy. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. And very quiet. She was extremely responsive. Check out was a breeze. Didn’t make the guest do tons of cleaning. Can’t wait to stay there again soon. was absolutely perfect.

Highly recommend Paige’s home, beautiful classic apartment with an amazing view of downtown Detroit. It was my first time in the city and this location was perfect, easy to get to downtown and midtown by walking or quick ride share. Tons of cool art in the home, comfortable amenities, would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. We travel to Detroit a few time a year and always stay in Air BnBs, and this one takes the cake. It is actually the only one we have stayed in more than once. It is very, VERY clean (and trust me, I spot check), and the hosts are welcoming and genuinely thankful to have you stay at their property. The house layout is great with adequate space for kids. Lots of towels which was much appreciated! The backyard is perfect for relaxing by the firepit or playing some yard games. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. All in all, a great experience and we plan to come back again on a future trip.

I traveled from North Carolina to my home state of Michigan for my brother’s wedding and wanted a comfortable stay for my girlfriend, parents, and uncle. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! The house was beautifully appointed, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. It made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for future family visits!

Nimrat’s home was the perfect place for our stay. Family friendly and a great location. Walking distance to a couple parks for kids and the house was so cozy. Perfect distance to downtown Detroit as we were in town for a concert. Would love to rent again if needed. Great place to stay in Royal Oak.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

I loved staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The market across the street is amazing!!! I felt like I could've lived here forever and been happy. Entry and exit process were both very easy. The host was accommodating and the laundry facilities in the basement were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
