By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. The place is very spacious, located in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking space or carport, cozy little wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, recreational opportunities nearby. Funpark, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping are just a few minutes away by car.

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
