The studio is perfect for visiting Loughborough University, just 15 minutes walk to the main Uni entrance. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.
