Beachfront vacation rentals in Walton Bay

on arrival we were a little late getting codes for entry but very quickly remedied via message, the yard (on approach to the house) was crack and broken concrete but didn't affect us at all. overall our stay was great with no other issues, flat was in great shape, clean and as others have stated we appreciated the jams, butter, bread etc ( thank you nice touch) overall we really enjoyed our stay. thanks kirsten.

We had a lovely stay at Pebbles. Cathy was very responsive to my questions prior to arriving. Cathy's husband popped in to ensure we were OK, this was really useful as we had some questions about the locality, having never visited Watchet before. Pebbles is a lovely terraced cottage, which overlooks the sea at the back. It is comfortable and in a great location to explore Watchet. The beach the cottage overlooks is rocky, which was great for us as could take our dog on the beach every morning, even when the tide is in the dog could sniff around. The town of Watchet is charming, it has a historic harbour, with a weekly market on Wednesday's. There are coastal paths to follow, we walked from Watchet to Blue Anchor and then got the steam train back. We went to Dunster Castle, we couldn't actually go in as have a dog but the grounds are beautiful, and there are other lovely walks, the parking is free at Dunster Castle if you are a National Trust member, you can also walk into the village.

Really lovely place, which was immaculately clean. Private access to the beach was great and ideal location to access the local amenities. Host was really helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Wonderful stay! Our dogs loved the secure garden and private access to the beach. We highly recommend this home; very clean and tidy. It offers just about everything you need for a home from home experience with the added bonus of being able to have sundowners in a beautiful decked location in the garden.

Both the annex and the garden were great, if the weather had been better it would’ve been lovely to sit outside, although the view from the sofa was pretty good. Charlotte was great, very friendly and was usually somewhere around if we needed any help or advice.

Fantastic place to stay....spotlessly clean...high quality and very very helpful and responsive host. Will definitely be back!

what a great location, so peaceful and quiet. the space was quirky but comfortable and made the short stay quite entertaining. The grounds were very well maintained and it was a pleasure to walk around.

We had a lovely stay here. Property very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Was also very quiet and private. Great access to the beach and close to amusements , shops etc. Bryan and Ruth were very welcoming and were great hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely accomadation, and gemma was very prompt at replying to any messages. Very attentive lady. Would certainly book gemma van again if visiting somerset.

Dear Sir / Madam, It was a lovely location and easy to get to. We are appreciative of the complimentary beer, wine and sweets that awaited our arrival! The only issue was it was impossible to lock and unlock the first door on the right using the key. Overall, a great location for families and friends to stay for the weekend or week. Paul's caravan was clean and well equipped, shower gel and shampoo was supplied along with tea , coffee and milk. The van is modern and in great condition the site has plenty of activities and there good walks along the beach to Watchet and to Audries bay. Couldn't fault the holiday.

We really enjoyed the stay at Butlins. We had a fantastic time. The shows were good. The food at the resort was excellent and the staff there was always friendly and helpfull.

Lovely apartment. Warm, very comfortable and great to have access to the lovely pool every day and to be so close to the beach! Received several recommendations from the host for pub lunches which was really helpful. Close to several lovely beaches, a wonderful zoo and Dunster Castle.

Brilliant stay for my mothers 60th. House was very spacious and brilliant location. Check in very easy and straight forward. We had an issue with the upstairs water pressure but the maintenance man came out the following morning to look at it. Would definitely come back. We very much loved our stay.

What an absolute gem of a place. Location was great. The accommodation had everything I needed. The dog loved going to the beach every day and watching the squirrels and rabbits running around. The site is stunning and lots of different areas to sit and relax and watch the wild life. Will be returning.

I was looking for a quiet location near the sea. This cottage more than fulfilled my expectations! I really enjoyed seeing the natural beauty of the coast and surrounding fields. Sharne and Tucker were exceptional hosts. They were available, friendly and approachable. The cottage was extremely well-appointed. Sharne has thought of everything you'd need to stay there. It was very comfortably and tastefully furnished, cosy and well equipped. Several villages and towns are close by, with Cardiff within easy reach. The directions were clear to find it, and parking available on site. I'm already thinking about another stay there as soon as I can!

Beautiful accommodation near Cardiff, the accommodation is beautifully decorated, and is very well decorated. Ideally located a few minutes from Cardiff, and quiet. Fully self check-in I would recommned this property.

Lovely lodge. had plenty of everything in the kitchen, so not constantly washing up. Small things like great water pressure etc. made our stay very comfortable. The view out to sea is amazing and we were treated to a great sunset. The Site itself is lovely, restaurant is reasonably priced and the pool is good. They do need access down to the bay, but there is parking for the beach not far along the main road. I would recommend staying there.

This was the first time we used Airbnb so didn’t know what to expect, however we shouldn’t have worried as the whole process was very easy. We loved staying at Toms apartment. The location is fantastic. I liked to get up early and with a cup of tea and look out of the bay window to the sea and beach it was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had all the things required for a nice stay. I only had to contact Tom once as I had made a small mistake on booking form and had a response with a few minutes. Parking was easy and seemed safe enough. Many fantastic walks close by.

We enjoyed our stay and the charm of „sandbank“ and burnham on sea. Absolutely recommended to everyone searching wild romantic nature, lovely village sides and perfect fish&chips!

Had a lovely stay in the harmony apartments, really great location, beautiful apartment that felt like a home away from home. Really close to beach and restaurants and nice and quiet at night! Will glad stay here again!

We spent our Christmas Days in Silver’s lovely apartment. The most impressive is the stunning view over the bay. Absolutely fantastic. The accommodation is very clean, beautiful designed and with a lovely fire place. We extremely enjoyed our stay. Silver is a lovely person. There are many things to do and see in that area. Unfortunately, we had nasty weather over Christmas. But, that was no problem, because we enjoyed to spend our time in the lovely apartment with the fire place and Apple TV. Thank you Silver!
