The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

We have spent the last six months renovating this beautiful place so that larger groups or two families can feel very comfortable in it. Our apartment is decorated with a lot of love. Among other things, it offers an Emma mattress, living room ventilation and a separate entrance! It is very close to Salzburg. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and you can quickly reach the city center by bus (30 minutes)/car (20 minutes). In the immediate vicinity is the Grünauerhof and the Hotel Königgut! Both are within walking distance and offer culinary delights. Two playgrounds are also within walking distance!
