Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Home Maislinger - Enjoy Nature, Explore Salzburg

Our apartment is decorated with a lot of love. Among other things, it offers an Emma mattress, living room ventilation and a separate entrance! It is very close to Salzburg. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and you can quickly reach the city center by bus (30 minutes)/car (20 minutes). In the immediate vicinity is the Grünauerhof and the Hotel Königgut! Both are within walking distance and offer culinary delights. Two playgrounds are also within walking distance!

Nestled in the beautiful Salzburg countryside with direct views of the mountains and yet close to the city, the approx. 48 m², lovingly furnished apartment with panoramic balcony is located in a quiet sunny location. Visit the city and experience nature from a special place to live😊 The airport/highway are within easy reach, but not audible! A few minutes' walk away is the bus stop (in 20 minutes in the city center), a renowned inn, as well as a small bakery.

Thürlmühle - close to the city in the countryside

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
