Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. And no worries – no one will be watching, other than a few grazing cows in the nearby fields. Feel truly at peace in our secluded location, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Salzburg. The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a fitness area. The house has a great, quiet location and very good accessibility.
