We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

We are located in the California Gold Country, close enough for day trips to San Francisco, Napa, rafting on the American River, and even Yosemite. . You’ll love my place because of the tranquil country feel. We are perfectly situated if you are in town for any of the Rancho Murieta Equestrian events and just a quick drive up to Sutter Creek or Calavaras Big Trees. Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
