This is a custom built Houseboat on the Sacramento River. The kitchen has granite counter tops. There is a comfy leather sofa and oversized leather chair with a fireplace. The bedroom features a King size bed and custom cabinets. Sit on covered deck and watch ducks, blue herons, otters, sea lions and beavers enjoying the river. Fish from the covered deck for stripers!! Waterfront home - fish, kayak, swim - 1hr from SF

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
