We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s house. Everything was great from check in to check out. Comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the back patio and the close proximity to downtown. We appreciated the excellent communication, the ease of entry and parking in driveway. We hope that we will be able to stay here the next time we visit Walnut Creek!

I’ve stayed here twice and would happily stay again, beautiful clean house in a quiet area, close to shops, parking and can walk to train station.

Stayed here with family. The backyard was our favorite part- we had a toddler in the group that could run around play while we hung out on the deck. House was beautiful and modern. The local area was peaceful, we saw lots of local wildlife on the hill which was fun to sit and watch with coffee. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my mom’s birthday! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Duke was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even allowed us an early check-in so we could set up for our small family dinner, which meant so much to us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Walnut Creek. Thank you, Duke, for helping make this celebration so special!

We enjoyed spending two nights at Victor’s home. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Easy access to shopping in Lafayette and drive to the bay.

I stayed at Hector’s place for three nights with my mom and son, and we had a lovely stay. From the start, Hector was very communicative, responding quickly to my questions and providing clear check-in instructions. The home was cute, spacious, and well-maintained—while some fixtures were a bit dated, everything was clean and had plenty of charm. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with convenient access to shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed for 4 nights to attend my Father's funeral and connect with family in Hayward and the rest of the East Bay. I was looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, private, and beautiful - it was all those things! A cozy and comforting perch at the base of the foothills complete with wildlife and the sound of running water. In addition, the location is perfect for anyone who wants to get to anywhere in the Bay Area, San Francisco included. The place itself was perfectly described and had everything I needed - most importantly a giant king bed and fast internet. The smell of the California forest in the quiet nights followed by a bright and clear sun in the mornings. One does need a car here. A lovely neighborhood with locals selling raspados and pupusas on the street corners. Trader Joe's close by along with all the necessary amenities. Easy access to the 80 and the 580 to get anywhere! A fantastic and responsive host - I will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Bob!

We had a great stay at Danny's place and hope to return! The location is great. It's tucked away in a quite court but within a block of a public pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, a nature museum and a walking trail. It's a very short drive to the freeway, the BART station or downtown Walnut Creek. Comparable properties in price and size were either 10 or more miles away from San Francisco or part of multi-family units. Danny's place provided a clean, convenient and relaxing home base for our visit to Walnut Creek and the greater Bay Area.

Sarah was so friendly, responsive, accommodating, and proactive. The location was quiet and peaceful. Close to everything you may need including a few big box stores. Close to amusement parks and beaches and big cities. The instructions left were able to help us make the rental way more homely. We enjoyed our time there.

Dennis & Tiiu's place was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a week while in town visiting our son, who lives only a few minutes away, so it was a perfect location for us. The location was peaceful and quite. The house was cozy and suitable for two people. It was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but again, it worked for the two of us. The amenities were as described. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, welcoming place. Alexander’s apartment was very comfortable for 3 adults, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Alexander answered my questions super promptly, he is a great host. We highly recommend his place.

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Pamela’s home was a home Away from home . Very comfortable amenities, tastefully furnished , fabulous king bed and spacious bathroom . Pamela had thought of everything a guest might need or want . The apartment was private and quiet and the area felt very safe with lots of nice neighbour restaurants only a 10 minute walk away . Easy public transport options as well . A great stay!

Great location, street parking was pretty easy, very comfortable & clean place

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
