Lake houses in Walloon Lake

The apartment was super clean and comfortable! It provided a very relaxing stay, there was almost no noise from Turkey’s downstairs and we loved being able to pop out and walk down to the lake and local shops, then pop back upstairs to relax and read :) would highly recommend this spot!

We had a great weekend. Space worked out perfectly and we were able to use the kayaks. They had everything you could want and more.

This was such a find! We loved the cozy “up north” style accommodations during our Harbor Springs/Mackinac Island adventure. The homemade zucchini bread, eggs, and fixings were such a thoughtful touch, and we appreciated borrowing the beach chairs when we wandered to the beach. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property, hospitality, and amazing recommendations! We hope to be back again soon!

I cannot say enough. The host, the space and the location all made for one of my favorite stays ever! (Don’t rush to book though, I need to book again first! 😂)

Daybreak Cottage is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with a very fun decorating scheme. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would and will definitely book it again!

This place was amazing! Right by the action but still felt private. It has everything you need for a great stay. The hosts were responsive kind and flexible with us. Couldn’t have been better!!!

This was probably the coolest airbnb I have stayed at. Beautifully designed, very open, well stocked kitchen, it was amazing. I love that you could purchase candy and snacks, just a cute touch. It was the perfect place for us to spend our snow days :)

Many thanks to Oksana for the wonderful visit! The guest house is a jewel box full of treasures. It is so comfy and close to town. It was perfect for my husband, dog, and me with the wonderful fenced backyard. Thanks for all the wonderful touches like homemade bread and information for dog-friendly hikes and beaches. It was great to explore and photograph the nearby lake shores and then come back to relax at the guest house. We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

My daughter and I had a very nice stay at RuthAnne’s Airbnb. Spacious, clean, well decorated, quiet, close to downtown location. We would recommend this space to anyone traveling up north for a weekend away!

Lovey home. Beautiful location. Very clean. Amply stocked. Great communication. For those who have problems with many stairs…. This is NOT a good fit. There are twenty steps each time you enter or leave the home. Outside there are more stairs to move to the lower level.

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

This was a sisters getaway..Pam’s beach cottage was such a pleasure!! Very clean and organized..decorated so nice .. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within a few minutes to a couple hours ..very easy driving!! I would recommend Pam’s cottage ..it is a different kind of layout and the bed in the loft you do have to climb a ladder..but we managed all and so glad we did !! Very nice area..I think you will enjoy as we did ..Pam is a really a wonderful host and if anything is needed she always answered!! Highly recommend..thanks again!!!

Cozy, updated,very pretty house! The view of the frozen lake was beautiful. Convenient to town and Boyne Mountain. Great sleeping spaces… Very comfortable… Nice second living area . Host was very responsive to our questions We really enjoyed our short stay…

We enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful and well-appointed home in the Lake Michigan shore. We had a wonderful time relaxing while the sun set. Great amenities, well furnished and sparkling clean. Drove an hour to the UP and ferried to Mackinac Island. Highly recommend!

Home was in legitimate walking distance to multiple business’s and restaurants. Large lot is great for bonfires and corn hole. Large bedrooms upstairs and plenty of linens and towels was the best for families

This was exactly what we needed for our anniversary!! Some peace and quiet, break from electronics, and BEAUTIFUL surroundings!! Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the stay here, the bnb was clean and very nice looking, not many people are near the property which makes it nice aswell, just overall a really great stay to get away from the work life

Shyla was great and a wonderful host. When it snowed a lot, her husband came and plowed the parking area for us when we were away. Loved it! So thankful they let us rent it!

This home was secluded, yet just a short drive away from downtown Petoskey and local wineries. Very clean, including the hot tub, and we really enjoyed the covered ping-pong table (even in the rain) and other yard games provided while it was nice out. Really comfortable furniture, lots of places to hang inside and outside. The instruction/guest guide book for appliances and other speciality items was very helpful. Basic needs were supplied with a few extras and loved that check out was easy and just few things to do.

Great little get away. Just a short -5 min drive in either direction for fun. Highly recommended!

We had two families (6 kids total) stay at the Woods and we felt perfectly at home. The upstairs was great for all the kids to play and hang. The Wii was an extra bonus! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of places to sleep too! Andrea was very responsive, patient and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
