Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1777 farmhouse, tucked away in the quiet village of Winikon near Uster in Zurich. This warm and inviting studio apartment combines old-world charm with modern comforts, including a cozy bed, well-equipped kitchenette, and a comfy sitting area. Wake to views of a working horse farm and rolling green fields. It’s the perfect peaceful escape—ideal for slowing down, reconnecting, and experiencing the magic of Swiss country life.

Apartment (120 m²) near airport & city

Luxuriously designed apartment in the heart of Glattbrugg, well connected to the highway and the public transport network of the city and the airport (although it is only 5 minutes by car from the airport, the sound insulation of the apartment is very good and you do not hear the noise of the planes inside.) A 3-minute walk from both train stations, you can explore the city and its nightlife, supermarkets, restaurants and fitness are also nearby.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For more comfortable travel to and from the property, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.
