It’s a very lovely and very bright 4.5 rooms/110sm apartment in the trendy Seefeld in Zürichs district 8. It’s located two minutes from the lake, one minute from the tram station and from stores. It has several restaurants close by. It has a fully equipped kitchen,two bedrooms, dining room, bathroom with bathtub and a living room with beamer, 3mx2.10 projection screen, IPTV (but no guarantee, all works well with tv-programm/home cinema, sometimes it struggles). Luxuriously designed apartment in the heart of Glattbrugg, well connected to the highway and the public transport network of the city and the airport (although it is only 5 minutes by car from the airport, the sound insulation of the apartment is very good and you do not hear the noise of the planes inside.) A 3-minute walk from both train stations, you can explore the city and its nightlife, supermarkets, restaurants and fitness are also nearby.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.
