In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

The high-quality non-smoking holiday home has 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds, a large living room, 2 cable TVs (140 cm), an X-box, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and anteroom. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
