Modern, freshly renovated 4 bedroom house in Lauchringen – Ideal for large families Welcome to our spacious, freshly renovated house in Lauchringen – the perfect place for a relaxed and comfortable stay with the entire family or a group of friends. Offering space for up to 10 adults and 2 children, the house is ideal for larger groups who want to enjoy tranquility and a vast variety of activities. What you can expect: Spacious rooms: The house offers a large entrance area, a bright hallway on the ground floor, and a cozy living room equipped with a Swedish stove (wood provided), Smart TV, Bose soundbar, and a collection of classic films for entertaining evenings. A large dining table is available (a high chair is also provided). Fully equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen offer the best of amenities for the hobby chef – fully equipped with all essential utensils like cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, a dishwasher, raclette set, and coffee machine. You will also find a generous pantry with a selection of spices, as well as oil and vinegar. Welcoming bedrooms: On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a desk, ideal for anyone who needs to work during their stay. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms, one of which is for children – featuring an Indian teepee, a play loft, and a bed plus a pull-out bed. The other two bedrooms also offer a Double/Queen size bed and a TV. Perfect for a restful night after an exciting day! Bathrooms: You will find three bathrooms in the house, offering privacy for all guests. The ground floor bathroom offers a toilet and shower, with another WC available on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Vehicles and bikes: The house offers space for two cars in private parking spaces. For cyclists, there is a large, secure bicycle storage room in the house, and the famous fifth stage of the Black Forest Panorama Cycle Route passes right by the house. Laundry room: A large laundry room with a washing machine/dryer and plenty of space for drying laundry is available on the ground floor. Outdoor relaxation: The large balcony and the even larger terrace offer plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and quality family time. State-of-the-art facilities: The house is equipped with 1000 Mbit internet, so you can work or stream quickly and reliably during your stay. Location: Shopping facilities are only 5 minutes on foot, and both Zurich Airport (30 minutes) and Basel Airport (50 minutes) are conveniently accessible. The ski resort in Feldberg and the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen are also just 40 minutes away – ideal for winter enthusiasts. Important information: • Pets and parties are not allowed. • Maximum occupancy: 10adults and 2 children. • Smoking is prohibited inside the house (outside is permitted). • Access to the house is via a code lock. • Fire alarm system with CO detector is available.

Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

House on the Albsteig - apartment with garden

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Spacious apartment – perfect for relaxation

Welcome to your stylish retreat! This tastefully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor offers a living room, cozy bedroom, practical study and a fully equipped kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi, garage and an idyllic garden, usable in the warm months, provide comfort. Peaceful location, 8 minutes to the center, near the Rhine and Swiss border. Ideal for business and leisure travelers: for 3 guests with double bed and comfortable sofa bed. Streaming TV included.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The complete core renovation in 2022 shows the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the large living and dining area (+new sofa bed) with new kitchen. Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spread over two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily make trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our accommodation. Perfect for commuters is the Swiss border, which is 5-10 minutes away. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafes. Nearest bus stop: 2-minute walk

Whether on foot, by bike or by car: Enjoy a break in the middle of nature, surrounded by green meadows and dense forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a fantastic view, watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right from your doorstep, you can start your hikes or mountain bike tours through the fascinating High Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip, it can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
