Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Die komfortable Ferienwohnung ist 60qm groß und für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausgelegt. Im Schlafzimmer stehen zwei bequeme Einzelbetten. In der offenen, niedrigen Schlafkoje über dem Wohnzimmer (Raumspartreppe) befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Der Wohnraum mit Sofa und Fernseher lädt zum Verweilen ein. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die kleine Küche ist mit Herd, Geschirr, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Esstisch ausgestattet. Im Garten können Sie die Sonne genießen.

The apartment in Neusorg is located on the slope of the beautiful southern Fichtel Mountains. The idyllic Steinwald Nature Park also borders directly on it. Vacationers who like to play sports will find excellent winter sports facilities, well-marked hiking trails, bike paths and swimming pools in the immediate vicinity. Other wonderful leisure opportunities for all ages, as well as lookout towers, natural monuments, castles and ruins are also available in the surrounding area.
