We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika goes to extraordinary lengths to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linens and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely great and worth 5 stars!

What a gem! Oberammergau is beautiful and this place is the perfect place to stay. Spotless, beautifully presented and private, with easy parking and within walking distance to the village. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, but easily accessible and close to nice hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful view of the mountains. The communication was very good, quick and easy. Nora was very friendly and flexible with times for check-in and check-out. We very much appreciated the pick-up service from the train station. On our last day we got a treat on the house from Nora and her husband at their ice cream parlour in town. Thanks, Nora and Michele! We hope to be back soon.

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very delicious. The apartment is within walking distance of shops serving everyday needs, and it is also not far to the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground garage is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you did not hear anything. The bedroom is in the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Lake Tegernsee, you are in the right hands with Nicci.

Beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment. Everything we needed was there. The hosts were very attentive and we felt very comfortable accordingly. We especially liked the view and the quick way to the countryside, towards Kuhflucht waterfalls or on various hiking routes. Thank you very much.

We had a great week right on the lake. We also frequently used the swimming pool in the house despite the good weather. Great accommodation and lots of excursion options in the area.

Brilliant place to stay! The hosts were great, the apartment was immaculate and so nice. The views are stunning you can see the mountains straight out the balcony. Had such a great time would definitely recommend!!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

The apartment was wonderful for my wife, 4yr old and infant to stay for a few days in Garmisch. There was plenty of space to feel right at home and relax after a day exploring. Our hosts left us some breakfast items which was a very thoughtful and appreciated surprise. Magda was very communicative and friendly, we appreciated her responsiveness. The mountain view from the balcony was fantastic, and we ended up on the daybed to watch the sunset each evening. Garmisch itself is a very nice little town, and we enjoyed the downtown area though we must have been at an off season time or maybe things are closed more often on Sunday-Monday because it wasn’t as lively as we expected. Tuesday was better though, and we did have some great food in town. The gorge hike is close by and worth it, and the train/bus stations are right next to the market - all a very easy walk away. We would definitely like to stay here again for a return trip.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

A little gem – highly recommended! I felt completely comfortable in this beautiful, small accommodation. It is designed with a lot of love for detail, furnished to a high standard and incredibly tastefully furnished – really the best of the space! I was particularly enthusiastic about the sweet, small garden, which with its loving arrangement – string of lights, fresh flowers on the table – simply invites you to linger. It was these many small touches, such as the cold beer in the refrigerator or the harmonious decoration and candles, that made the stay so special. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the bathroom surprisingly spacious in relation to the size of the accommodation – a real plus! The location is also great: by car, you can reach Lake Tegernsee in a short time and the BOB stop is only a two-minute walk away – perfect for excursions in the area. I would recommend this place with a clear conscience

Very nice place, quiet location, perfect with small child. We also found the walkable bakery very convenient! Comfortably furnished, beautiful garden seating. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We have come back here because we liked the first time very much. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to ensure a comfortable stay. In the beautiful surroundings, there is also plenty to do and see.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but 15 minutes by car to Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
