The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

And only 30 seconds stroll across the sand dunes onto Paraparaumu Beach, no roads to cross.

A characterful and private cottage overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. Just a short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.

Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 3 minutes walk to train station, cafe, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. Aroha Tiny House at Peka Peka on the Kapiti Coast is the perfect little getaway. A modern purpose built self-contained tiny house, situated in a secluded garden environment with a large private patio for your indoor outdoor enjoyment and only 50 metres from the beach. My name is Sarah, I live onsite in the front house. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to being your host. My favourite things about Peka Peka Beach are swimming, catching whitebait and collecting Tuatua.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the end of the Escarpment track/ Te Araroa track and the Pukerua Bay train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are felling trees which might be heard during the day hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.
