For us, it was like winning the lottery, as we came across this gem at short notice. Carola's apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Neckar and is still well connected to public transport. In max. 10 minutes you can reach a stop of the U14, in about 15 minutes one of the U12. The old apartment on the 1st floor is tasteful and spacious; every day I discovered new positive details. Everything is very clean, with a modern fitted kitchen and high-quality dishes. Upon arrival, we found water bottles, wine, apples and sweets. There were even toothbrushes in the bathroom – an all-inclusive package. You feel like you're with a relative. The garden can be shared, and there is a small grocery store nearby. Stuttgart is hilly, and some stairs lead to the apartment; with a walker it would be rather unsuitable. Communication was quick and friendly despite our last-minute booking. We had a great stay at Madeleines place. Very walkable to all the shops and local sights, as well as a short walk to the local train station. Madeleine was super responsive and helpful - we felt very looked after!

We are happy to be here every time and have been coming back for several years.

The apartment was very nice, especially the garden

The apartment is superbly furnished - you have everything you need for a short or long stay. The surroundings offer many great opportunities for walks. Communication was totally easy and straightforward. I felt comfortable in the apartment:)

A highlight is of course the swimming pool - a weight room and a sauna are also in the house. Elli communicates quickly and proactively. The apartment is equipped with many loving details - there is even an umbrella, a parking disc and even a bathrobe was thought of. The apartment has a balcony and external blinds, so it gets super dark in the apartment. Everything was clean. There were more than enough towels available. The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible. For the night, you will find a good free parking space nearby. THANK YOU Elli for the pleasant stay.

Good and calm place.

My stay with Susanne and Michael was just wonderful! They are incredibly hospitable, helpful and attentive hosts. They were always available, responded quickly and were happy to help in any situation. My room was very cozy and tastefully decorated, I also had access to a private bathroom. I didn't just feel like a guest, but like I was at home. It was one of the warmest and most pleasant places I've stayed.

Steffen is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. Answered every question almost right away. When we needed something he came in less than 15 min. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. The living area and kitchen were well equipped and we had great breakfasts at the big dinning table.

Just perfect, I can't even understand how this got only 4,99 stars and not 5,00. This was just freaking amazing! We had an awesome time there and the place just felt amazingly good. Everything is so thoughtfully and wholesomely created!

The place was as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy - made a very good impression. I only used the bathroom, but if someone wants to, you can also cook, which I think is very good if you don't feel like ordering or going to a restaurant. In short, I was more than satisfied with my two-day stay. I'd come back if I'm in the area.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment - very nice, quiet location, but still easily accessible from the city center, parking no problem. Simona and Thomas were very helpful and friendly and each responded very quickly to messages. The apartment is super equipped (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room, balcony), very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail - definitely also suitable for longer stays, it has everything you need. Heilbronn and surroundings have a lot to offer - we would like to come back another time for a few days.

beautiful apartment for a short stay if you don't want/have to be in the middle of the city, but still with good connection. except for 2-3 little things everything was in the best order and Ulrike always responded and offered her help:)
