Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. This spacious vacation home is something special and offers comfort even for large families and groups (up to 12/13 people gladly inquire). It has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are spread over two living days. The large living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen has a cozy corner couch overlooking the fireplace and a flat-screen TV in addition to the dining table. A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with seating and you can enjoy the km-wide distant view from here.

Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)
