Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. Two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace provide comfort. Welcome to our charming house located in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You have full access to the whole house and garden, not to the garage or the driveway. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

One-room apartment, quiet location

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Lovingly newly furnished basement room (23 m²) with integrated shower for 1-2 guests (bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) and separate private toilet next door. Coffee maker, kettle and necessary dishes are provided. WiFi available. Drinks (Remstal wine, beer, mineral water) can be purchased. Our cozy sitting area in the garden may be used. Close to the center.
