A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Kunstzinnig voorhuis met terras

Kunstzinnig, intiem voorhuis te huur. Voor een verblijf op het mooiste eiland van Nederland. Eetkeuken, zitkamer, bedstede, douche en toilet beneden. Boven twee slaapkamers. Buiten een terras in het groen met Lindeboom en veel mussen. Een plek in het centrum van Midsland die geschikt is voor wandelaars en schrijvers. Op loopafstand van voorzieningen. Bos, duinen en zee in de buurt. Door het karakter van het huis is de woning helaas niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen.

Kom genieten in mijn Tiny huisje 'Dit Kleine Eiland'. 16m2 pure knusheid, rustig gelegen aan de rand van het centrum van Nes. 20 min lopen en je bent bij de haven, en dus het Wad (oesters steken!). Kom, samen of alleen, heerlijk bij van die strandwandeling. Geniet van de avondzon met een koud glas wijn op je eigen terrasje of loop (2min) het dorp in voor de culinaire hoogstandjes die Nes te bieden heeft.

Het Waddenland heeft veel te bieden, en je bent in een kwartier bij de boot naar Schiermonnikoog. Ook de stad Groningen zelf is binnen een half uur bereikbaar.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
