Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over de Fluessen, with a lake terrace. Also there is a terrace on the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for boating, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! And a golf course and the forest are also nearby! From July 4th to September 5th, we rent our house weekly (or several weeks). Arrival and departure day is Friday.

A good base for many hiking and biking trails and there is plenty to do in the area.

Highly recommend! Staying at this Airbnb was just amazing! The place was exactly as described in the pictures – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. By bike or car you can quickly get to Groningen, where you can do numerous activities! Our highlight was the hot tub, which was used diligently. We would come back.

It was just nice. Perfect to unwind for a few days. When we checked in, Ellen explained everything to us and from there the relaxation already started. Everything you need is there. Marlies is a wonderful host! As a cyclist, I was particularly pleased with the safe parking for my bike overnight. After a long day, I was able to relax wonderfully on the cozy couch next to the fireplace – a really pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is top equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and lovingly prepared. Overall a great place to stay where you feel right at home. I'd love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay in Lindas Lodge. It was a nice peaceful charlet park that had everything that one could need. If you enjoy walking or hiking through the woods then you've got plenty to do here. The woods are nearly endless. There is a little public garden down the street that also sells things like jam, honey and so on. it's really nice. The Lodge itself has a cute garden, a comfortable living room and bed. The amenities worked great and if I had any question Linda was there to answer seem immediately. All in all a nice and relaxing stay!

We stayed for a long weekend at Boike and Sinah's place. Everything is as described and even more beautiful! The place is well equipped and it lacks nothing. You feel right at home, everything is clean and cozy. The area is beautiful and the few people you meet there are all super nice! Just like Boike & Sinah. The communication with the two went great and they gave us great tips and renting the canoe was also great. We will be happy to come back! 🐑

We had a lovely time at Frank's. He was very accommodating and helpful when we reported 2 minor damages. The apartment matched the description, as did the cozy outdoor area with 2 seating areas. The interior was very well maintained, the kitchen very well equipped. In short: we were more than satisfied and will definitely recommend it.

What a great cottage! Lots of light, completely in the green, lots of privacy. An ideal place to come to peace and quiet. You are completely private with beautiful views over the meadows. Cozy and attractive decor, with all the comforts, full bookcase, wonderful shower. Rina is a very nice warm woman, super friendly with attention to her guests. The communication is very nice, she responds quickly. We immediately felt at home in the Loft and are already looking forward to going back sometime. 100% recommended!!

Together with my mother and sister, a wonderful weekend in the cottage and because of the beautiful weather especially outside. The garden offers beautiful opportunities to sit in the sun or shade. Even outside can eat sun in the evening at the front door. Marian is a pleasant hostess. Everything looked neat. What I have not experienced before is that an additional payment will be requested for later check-out on Sunday. Due to mother in age, it is nice to be able to leave quietly. The amount was not very high among 3 people. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs makes it a nice place to stay for seniors.
