Very nice accommodation, lovingly and fully equipped with everything you need in a cottage. We felt very comfortable and Herbert is a very friendly host. Highly recommend.

There were six of us with a dog in the small townhouse. Everything was clean and tidy. With six adults, you need some organizational skills, as it is not particularly large. Everything was absolutely sufficient and we felt very comfortable. With a dog, the location was great. The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes and directly opposite there is a grove for walking. The small garden is also beautiful. A grill on the terrace is available. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back!

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

We enjoyed the days in this apartment. There was everything you needed.

A beautiful location on the water. Nice beds and all amenities were provided. In the center where there is plenty to do. The stairs are not suitable if you have difficulty walking. But otherwise only compliments!

We immediately felt comfortable and the location is great. In a few minutes you can reach the pedestrian zone and at the harbor.

Super apartment in the pedestrian area of Katwijk. We felt very comfortable there and the apartment has everything you need for a week's vacation (including high-quality kitchen appliances) - even a Wii is available if you get really bored (but with older games). For 4-5 people, the apartment is sufficiently large, only the dining table area is a little narrower. By car you can only approach the apartment until 12 noon for loading and unloading, the rest of the time it is a pure pedestrian zone and blocked by automatic bollards. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as numerous bars and restaurants - the location is simply 1a.

The place was incredibly cozy and stylishly furnished – just like the photos, if not better. Everything was super clean, tidy and thoughtfully equipped, so we didn't miss anything. The location was great – quiet but still perfectly connected, so you could reach everything quickly. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for this beautiful place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Boes was so lovely, welcoming, responsive and helpful! We were 3 people in town for a conference at the university. This home is beautiful and so comfortable. There are little cafes and bars and a supermarket within easy walking distance. It was perfect. We had an amazing time and it was truly because of our gorgeous home and wonderful hosts. Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back ❤️🥰

Yvette warmly welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around her tastefully decorated home. We also enjoyed the small garden. The place was spotless and as advertised. A delicate touch was waiting for us on the kitchen counter: a little welcome note accompanied by a packet of stroopwafels… a treat, thank you Yvette! The location of the listing is ideal for this, as most of the sites to discover are accessible in less than an hour's drive. The city center is a stone's throw away and a supermarket is within a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Communication with Yvette was impeccable. Always available, she answered any questions we had and even sent us a list of restaurants she recommends. Small plus much appreciated: she was kind enough to pay for our parking when necessary. Only slight drawback: the steep staircase to the upstairs.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a corner of Utrecht that I suspect many tourists would miss. Ideal for a single traveller or couple. Comfortable walk into central Utrecht, or a single tram or train stop to Centrum.

Typical Middelfart accommodation, old townhouse tastefully renovated. Well located 2 minutes from the port, shops and restaurants. We had good communication with Valerie. We'll remember the address.

This place is really beautiful! :) We felt right at home and you can go on lots of lovely walks in the city.

I've been an Airbnb guest for 10 years. But this was by far the most fantastic, imaginative, inspiring, beautiful place with the nicest hosts. Unfortunately, we did not meet them in person, but this was made up for by the absolutely personal and nice and attentive communication. The photos corresponded 1:1 to the cottage, everything was spotless. But in particular, the imaginative, lovingly assembled decoration and furnishings are really indescribable. We kept seeing new things in the 2 days and paying attention: "Have you seen .... yet?" Previous guests have already said everything about the beautiful surroundings with all activities. Except that you should definitely take a city tour in Friedrichstadt. Oh, and I forgot: we slept wonderfully in the very comfortable beds :) . I would definitely recommend this place to friends - and everyone else too.

We had a wonderful time in the house island charm. It exactly matched the images. The location was quiet and centrally located in the middle of the island - perfect for excursions in all directions. We liked the decor of the house very much, the beds were also very comfortable. We would book the house again anytime.

Cozy spot in a beautiful town with a great view of the marina. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and even left us a sweet treat when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay!

At the shops nice on the roof also nice but can be nice outside sauna upstairs on the roof. Maybe it's more attractive so a tip downstairs jacuzzi outside is also a tip. We enjoyed it back because it was close to shops within minutes within minutes, but at Easter no shops were open very much enjoyed. Have a welcome gift as wine or proceco it would have been nice to enter but compliments for teressa nice nice to come back wonderful.
