I had a wonderful few days at the place. Esens is located in such a way that you can quickly reach the beach in Bensersiel, but also several other beautiful coastal towns in 20 - 40 minutes by car (I highly recommend Carolinensiel and Norden). The apartment was super equipped, cozy, well maintained and there was a great view into the garden. The nearest shopping facility can be reached in a few minutes by car or by a short walk. Ella is a great host who takes good care of you and at the same time gives you privacy. All in all, I felt very comfortable and can very well imagine going there again =)

My partner and me we really enjoy in this place. The flat hat everything that you need for make your stay super! New, very clean, good location and good vibes in the flat. 100% recommend:)

Roger was a perfect and very kind host. His project of an B&B in the old school is cosy and beautiful. We enjoyed the time in Wierum (it is reeeeeally a quite place)

What a wonderful place in the middle of downtown Kampen! The accommodation was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and gave nice tips on fun spots in town. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and the IJssel. Highly recommended – we would come back again!

A nice and large accommodation, well located. It is quiet and yet the way to the center is not far. The decor is great, it has everything you need. The only thing we didn't like was that a camera was pointing at the apartment door. You feel like you're being watched. But otherwise everything is great, we would love to stay there again.

Great place in Amsterdam. The canal house was very unique and historic and the art was fantastic. Host was very easy to communicate with.

We didn't miss anything in the apartment. The location is in the residential area of Norden, but the shopping facilities and the center are easily accessible by bicycle or on foot. As a starting point for our bike tours, on the bicycles belonging to the apartment, to e.g. Greetsiel or Lütetsburg, the location is excellent. Moin :), everything worked out great from check-in to checkout. Apartment was very nice and modernly furnished. The hosts were very nice and gave a lot of tips for the accommodation and around it. For me, a highlight was the table tennis room, sauna and swimming pool which was completely renovated. The location was quiet, exactly what we wanted, to unwind. Restaurants or places to have breakfast were within easy reach. There is a small gym where I would like to have a dumbbell and a few yoga mats or a treadmill. But it should only be a tip, otherwise everything was great and I would always stop by here :) Regards, JP

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was easy to find, looked like the photos, and has a well equipped kitchen. It was nice and spacious and well suited for two couples and dog. Great communication from Andrea and Jörg. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking in the area!

Great books available, inspiring. And the music choice is also interesting and original. The house has everything you need, well maintained, but also not superfluous or confusing. Atmospherically decorated, candles and beautiful light. It is as neat as if it were a private household. We are fans of the island cottage!

Eelke welcomed us very warmly and there is nothing missing in the accommodation. You can park right by the house. The apartment is on the upper/attic floor, so you should not have any severe physical limitations. Eelke lovingly decorated the apartment to create a homely atmosphere, we also enjoyed attentions such as small snacks and coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything was available in the bathroom (hygiene products and co) The beds were very cozy - the room just can't be darkened 100%, but everyone perceives that differently. The balcony is a bit small for several people, but there is also the cozy seating area outside including a sandbox.

The apartment is, in short, simply recommended! Everything was as you wish and as described. Nice contact, nice apartment. We have to thank you!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

We were 2 adults, 2children and had a good time. The pool was the highlight, right now in winter. The living space was very cozy, the space was sufficient, even in the kitchen. There was everything you needed. Definetly recommend.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Clean space, easy check in and check out, lacking in the space - everything from spice to cloths to dishwasher and washing machine. Intuitive to find all those things. Good beds, no noise. Location is perfect right next to the city's best bakery and beach and downtown. Communication amazing. Highly recommend Ulla's place ☺️

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!
