Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Istria It,s the most beautiful part of Croatia, similar Toscana but like it was before and moore genuine. It`s very close from the house to many things: 300 m to the beach, 20 m to the bakery, 50 m to the grocery, 20 m to a wonderful café, 30 m to the church, 50 m to the square with nice restaurants and pubs. 300 m to the harbour.

Apartman je moderno renoviran 2020. godine te je opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajem za savršen ljetni odmor. Nekoliko minuta pješke nalazi se plaža, marina, pekara, trgovina, autobusna stanica, restorani i slični sadržaji. U istoj kući imamo još jedan apartman za 4 osobe, također na novo renoviran te tako možemo primiti 8 osoba sve ukupno

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.
