An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was really a highlight of our vacation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is very well maintained and of high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: In a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of the stay, and he provided quick and solution-oriented responses to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone call, her sincere and friendly voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we have a house in Çeşme that we will come back to:) Everywhere was spotless, sparkling clean, smelled like cleanliness:) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect. It was a very nice and very thoughtful gesture of Ms. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while seeing us off. We thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother Ms. Sebiha again for everything.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

Host and employees were very interested. Especially Mr. Mustafa took care of us closely during the holiday and was very helpful for all our needs. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. In addition, our neighbors staying in the next apartments were very friendly, so every moment of the holiday was very enjoyable. Now, when I go on vacation in Alaçatı, the first place I will look for accommodation will be Olea. :)

We had a very comfortable experience because he was not a host with tremendous interest, but a family member who explained everything in detail and left no question marks. Very nice apartment with air conditioning. Lots of space, very pleasant to stay in, ideal for all types of travelers, alone or with family. The apartment is close to Chios. There is a small supermarket just around the corner where you will find everything you need. Maria greeted me when I arrived to show me around. I really enjoyed the cake she made for me and the water in the fridge, especially since the supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Maria is a very kind person and was available whenever I needed her. She even allowed me to find beekeeper's honey. I recommend it.

The host was friendly and helpful. The room is located in a central part of the city and everything is easily accessible.

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

Aspa is a very friendly, wonderful person. Every detail has been thought out in the house. It was very clean and everything was available. The location is close to the center and the port. Everything was beautiful, I will definitely stay here again!

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Hospitality was great.

We stayed for 2 days. When you entered the house, the spirit of Alaçatı immediately embraced you. There was more than anything you could think of at home. The books in the bookcase, the accessories, the fireplace, the atmosphere of the house was very nice. Alaçatı bazaar was 5 minutes on foot. The street where the house was located had the full spirit of Alaçatı. On the morning of the holiday, our host left bagels and boyoz at our door, it was a very nice thought. If I come to Alaçatı again, I would love to stay here. Thank you Mr. Enis:)

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

The house was clean, its location was within walking distance to Alaçatı bazaar. Ms. Ece was very interested, she answered all my questions instantly. Everything was perfect, we loved it. I recommend it with peace of mind.🥰

Is is a greate accommodation at a beautifull and peacefull place! Our host Vaso was always available and helped immediately. We would love to come again!
