Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests

If you stay in this centrally located place, which is one of our 5 houses in the building, you will be close to everywhere as a family. 700 meters to Ilıca Yıldızburnu Close to shopping spots such as 3M Migros, Migrosjet, Macrocenter and Ilıca Garage. 5 km to Alaçatı bazaar and entertainment spots It is 12 km from the center of Çeşme. It is close to the dolmush route.

Casa di Mare is an independent ground floor studio of 30sq.m., part of a two-storey house next to the coastal road of Vrontados, in Chios. It is located in an area with a wonderful view of the sea and the coast of Turkey and just across from the area of Afanis Naftis, which is adorned with an imposing statue at the edge of the beach.
