Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Vrh

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

You arrive and immediately feel at home. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

A very welcome reception by the friendly host. Nice, little cottage with all the necessities. And left with homemade liqueur and olive oil. Recommended on behalf of us!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week here. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along and we unfortunately could not use the pool - but the hot tub :) Had a great time as a family here. We were also pampered by Laura in a culinary way - thank you for that!

Absolute recommendation for the place! Very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen super equipped and the hosts very kind and helpful. We were there with a baby and had enough space for the three of us, also a child-friendly beach is within walking distance.

There were three of us (2 adults & toddler) and we had such a great time! From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea. The newly equipped apartment really had everything we needed. Marko and Jakuv are very nice and were always available to us - even for our "special requests". We will be happy to come back!

Well-kept and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a good stay. Very comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe. Bathroom organized and equipped with a washing machine, definitely a plus! Fully equipped and well laid out kitchen. The organization of the space is really great! Veranda with bbq, table, drying rack. Everything was really great! Ivan and Daria are very kind and helpful people! We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The views from the terrace are incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage into the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

Nice apartment in a quiet place. Beautiful beach nearby. Near the city of Krk, where there are shops and restaurants.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lana’s place. The apartment is walkable to the beach and overall a very great location to any restaurants/exploring around. Lana’s place is super clean there is not a spot of dirt that I can see! Which is a huge plus since I am a clean freak! I appreciate how the apartment had everything we needed: washer, kitchen, a very nice porch, and small amenities. The only thing that was missing is a small microwave to heat up left over food but overall the place was great! This apartment is located in Malinska which is a perfect spot since it is half hour away from the center of Krk with surrounding town’s that are worth to explore as well! We highly recommend Lana’s place and will definitely be come back here specifically.

Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Small and nice room with bathroom, very close to the center of Abbazia, in a great location and equipped with everything. Very kind hosts also to indicate where to leave the car. Perfect, to remember!

As mentioned in my previous review, Miki and Davorka’s place is 10/10! Grčevo, Sablićevo, and other city beaches are just a short walk away. Pećine is loaded with beautiful, intriguing architectural details, from the 19th century Austrohungarian villas that line the hills to the numerous staircases (prilazi) that descend down to the waters of Kvarner Bay (Kvarnerski zaljev). For me, the location was ideal. Beyond the great hosting, colleagues from the University of Rijeka were close, city beaches proved a indispensable respite from work, and even the nearby Joga u svakodnevnom životu facility had an excellent vegetarian restaurant and terrace. Since I overindulge in meat and could sneak of to Lovran quite easily for yet another vibe, it was a perfect fit. Don't miss this spot!

Very cute apartment, lovingly furnished! Everything you need and more! Also totally quiet and beautifully located. On foot you can quickly reach the center and the harbor with many restaurants, bars and shops! The communication was great, the tips from Vedran really great! Thank you:)

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
