Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Cottage de Wender

Our rural Saxon-style vacation cottage de Wender was built in 2022 and is equipped with every comfort. The house is on the ground floor and is located on an agricultural farm. The kitchen is modern. The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom. Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. The terrace has a garden set and an awning. Bicycles can be stored (charged) in a private covered bicycle shed.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The Grenspeddelaar is located in a special place: there is sometimes commotion, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, holidaymaker or passerby is welcome!

The Ruiterskamp is a holiday farm in Eibergen in the Achterhoek in the Netherlands. The farmhouse is very suitable for a family or families that have a vacation together. When used as a group accommodation the house provides room for 12 persons maximal. We have 12 sleeping places in six bedrooms. The farm is an excellent starting point for walks, bicycle trips canoe trips. Please ask about the tariffs for your group.
