Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Our cosy, air-conditioned 4-star studio in an Istrian stone house with sea views is for individualists. Divided into two studio apartments (the top used by host), it's in a small settlement on the Ucka mountain. Guests treasure the idyllic herb garden with its many magical places to sit. The studio has its own private garden, but guests may use all outdoor spaces. Tip: Avoid the crowds. Come in May/June. All prices include tourist taxes and final cleaning. Note: we are strictly non-smoking.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment has one master bedroom with private terrace overloking the bay, and its own bathroom. upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing, you can relax outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.

Three large bean bag chairs are set on a gravel area near the water, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. A small table is positioned between them, surrounded by lush greenery and a scenic view of the vibrant turquoise water and hills in the background.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking to saying goodbye. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and things to do. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. To say goodbye, they arrive and gift their guests. We were very happy to be in the house and felt very comfortable .

The apartment is modernly furnished. Washing machine incl. dryer function, indoor stove, air conditioning, kitchen completely shaded, there was just everything for us as self-catering. The beach is very nice and really totally close to the apartment. On the recommendation of the hostess, we tested a restaurant in the evening. Tri Murve. Eating was very delicious. In the direction of the beach you can walk and cycle very nicely, otherwise the area looks a little deserted. Pretty bar right on the beach, but without food options. (but didn't bother us) You can fish right outside the front door. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was beautiful. We were warmly greeted and even received a homemade cake and beautifully arranged sausage and cheese platters for dinner. Denis and her husband were always available and answered any questions or requests we had immediately. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. We have rarely met such warm hosts. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it from the heart.

A beach scene is depicted with numerous individuals enjoying the clear, turquoise water. Various rock formations outline the shore, while some people are lounging on the sandy beach under colorful umbrellas. The vibrant atmosphere is complemented by the bright sunlight reflecting off the water.

Charming apartment with pool near the sea.

We shared the house with friends for 2 weeks, with three of us in the lower apartment That was perfect! The pool is awesome, what a luxury! Someone comes by 2-3 times a week and cleans it professionally. The apartment is great for 2 adults, but with 2 teenage children it gets a little tight. There is no room for adult children in the bunk beds, the room is also a bit too small for that. The kitchen is tip-top equipped! There are also high-quality mosquito nets on almost all windows! The house and garden have charm and is really nicely designed. You'll find a sun or shade spot everywhere. The contact with Luka was top notch, he responded very quickly with any questions. Also his cousin, who stopped by from time to time to the right, is very nice and helpful. We all felt very much! In the village there is a small supermarket where you can find everything, incredible.

Great little house with a lot of love for detail. The house has enough storage space on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen incl. a stove, oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom is a washing machine, which was really handy. We had breakfast and dinner daily on the terrace. The location is quiet, in the middle of a small village, away from tourists such as in Rabac and yet you can reach everything by car within 5-10 minutes (grocery stores, restaurants and beaches). Communication with Jelena was excellent, she gave us great tips for excursions and answered all questions quickly and kindly. We thought our vacation with her was great and would be happy to come back.
