NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. 100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Our small apartment (35m2) is located at the farmhouse "Amosergut". It is perfect for 2 people who like to be active and spend time in nature. Various hiking trails and bike rides lead directly from the apartment to the nearby mountains and alpine huts. Our swimming pond in the garden opposite can also be used without a carnival. However, dogs are not desired in the swimming pond and on the sunbathing lawn.
