The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.
