Watch the flight of the sea eagle or watch it on the edge of the Bodden shore. The studio apartment is located next to the Spa Park leading to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

Your holiday apartment is close to the Strelasund away from the large tourist streams and rural. Here you can swim, fish and hike. A well-developed bike path network is close by. Parking is available in front of the house. Two apartments are upstairs and can be reached via stairs. The apartment has a small well-equipped kitchenette and a large south-facing balcony.
