Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. It offers a view of the spa gardens.

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, just 5 km from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea eagles and ospreys also live here. Otters and beavers are just as common as kingfishers.
