It has 4 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, a large spacious living room with a fire place, a country style gas cooker and it’s own sauna. It hosts up to 7 people (+ one kid). The houses is located in the Müritz natural reserve, 100km from Berlin and Ofers stunning views. The closest lake is 800 m away. The property is equally charming though all seasons. Perfect for a family vacation for up to 8 people.

Charming farmhouse in Uckermark

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Lake Upper and Unteruckersee are all nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated and lovingly equipped in 2008-2013. In the large garden are fruit trees and berry shrubs. The swimming lake with sandy beach can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes. In 2021 we have created a orchard meadow on our adjacent hectares of land

At the gates of the island of Usedom (approx. 20 minutes), the Rittergut Bömitz with its Scandinavian-style holiday apartment offers you a chance to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city - an oasis of deceleration. The apartment (approx. 80sqm) for max. 4 persons is located on the 1st floor of a former stable building with farmhouse charm on the 3-hectare estate ensemble under monument and nature conservation with the more than 400-year-old manor oaks.

Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 sqm of living space and 600 sqm of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, has been carefully and ecologically converted into a vacation and work oasis by us, and is ideal for simply unwinding, working together on projects, doing yoga, or simply doing nothing at all. In the deck chair on the terrace, watch the children in the sandbox.

Vacation with vision

Unwind away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Clear air, the sound of the birdsong and the starry sky. A village in Vorpommern - very close to the Szczecin Lagoon – not far from the island of Usedom. You live in a lovingly renovated, former barn. There is a beautiful large room (2- 3 people) with a cozy double bed, sofa, desk & fireplace. In addition, two bicycles can be booked. You can go for a bike or paddle on the Uecker by kayak (rentable for a fee).

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Farm vacation

Would you like to show your children what life on a farm is like or just relax for a few days? Then you've come to the right place. In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

The holiday apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. Throughout the space, the exposed old beams and rustic furnishings remind of the history of the building. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, to Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Between Berlin and the Baltic Sea lies the Mecklenburg Lake District. In just under 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.
