Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

In the upper floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst, our B & B is located. You have a private entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the option to enjoy the seat outside in peace. (breakfast is provided free of charge by us)

Large Townhouse within walking distance of the beautiful historic center of Deventer. We ourselves live here with pleasure. Nearby you will find a city square, various playgrounds and a number of supermarkets at a few hundred meters. Our house is perfect for families with kids. Over the years, we've had a lot of clinking to make the house all the way up to date. Fortunately, we're a long way! For example, there are now 2 bathrooms, a wonderful new kitchen and a nice garden.

Beautiful apartment in the Tower at the river.

Deventer is only at 1 hour en 20 minutes travelling distance by direct train from Amsterdam. It is a lovely city and so called 'little Amsterdam' due to the old houses and characteristic streets and alleys. Ideal to stay either a long or short period of time. The Tower Room is spacious and direct situated in the city centre at the river the IJssel. It has a stunning view over the river. Complete kitchen, free wifi, free coffee and tea and it has a elevator.
