Welcome to the guesthouse in our backyard. Our accommodation is centrally located in relation to both Noordwijk beach (8 km) and the bulb fields (2 km). With the train station within walking distance, you can also be in Leiden in 5 minutes, in Haarlem in 15 minutes and in The Hague in 25 minutes. The room is tastefully decorated, entirely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you can see from your bed. You have a private entrance and also a part of our garden exclusively for you as a guest.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger. Iedere ochtend kunt u op onze kosten een verse croissant halen bij bakker van Eeden in de Kerkstraat. Welkom bij onze sfeervolle B&B in het hart van Noordwijkerhout – waar bloeiende bollenvelden, uitgestrekte duinen en het strand op fietsafstand samenkomen. Geniet van persoonlijke gastvrijheid, een heerlijk ontbijt met streekproducten en de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, fietstochten of dagtripjes naar Leiden, Haarlem of de Keukenhof! Detached guesthouse between flower fields!

Enjoy our freestanding sustainable guesthouse of 55m2. The house has a beautiful fenced garden with great views on the flowerfields and it is close to the Dutch beaches of Noordwijk area. A perfect place for couples or young families! It is a great place to relax after a day at the beach, exploring the area by bike, boat trip on the Kaagplassen or a trip to Amsterdam (25 min to RAI), Haarlem, Leiden, Den Haag (all within 30 min). It is appr. 7km to the beach in Noordwijk

Uniek en rustig gelegen huisje in pittoresk Warmond aan de Kaag op loopafstand van winkels en horeca. Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Een luxe studio, ontworpen door een gerenommeerd ontwerper, gelegen in het souterrain van ons karakteristieke jaren ’30 huis, op slechts 100m van het strand. De open loftstijl ademt ruimte en comfort, met een vrijstaand bad, regendouche en vloerverwarming. De wisselende kunst maakt elk verblijf uniek. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is een droom voor kookliefhebbers. Geniet van de intieme tuin, een serene oase die binnen en buiten naadloos aansluit.

Short stay is possible! A lovely and cosy private apartment in Sassenheim with terrace.
In the middle of the bulb fields and close to the Keukenhof! Grocery and small shopping stores are nearby. Only five minutes by bike from the station for a direct train connection to Amsterdam, Schiphol, Leiden and The Hague. Walking distance from the train station is 25 minutes. Enjoy the annual world famous flower parade crossing the street of the apartment.

Between flower bulbs and green meadows lies our beautiful white house, with all modern comforts, situated in a lovely garden. Come by and visit, and enjoy a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Want to go out? The city centre with restaurants and a supermarket is just a 5 minute stroll. The beaches of Noordwijk can be reached in 15 bicycle minutes. And the famous "Keukenhof" is just in the next village. Looking forward to welcoming you.

Rural detached log cabin in Noordwijkerhout

Cozy log cabin (17 m2) for two people, equipped with shower and toilet. Detached with lots of privacy and plenty of space outside. Possibility to make coffee or tea. There is a double bed in the room. Two single beds are also possible, we would like to know this well in advance, so that everything is ready when you arrive. A delicious breakfast can be booked. On request: evening meal to order: fresh soup with bread platter.

2nd floor: bulbfields & coast

On the 2nd floor of my house is a separate two room apartment in a typical Dutch residential quiet area. We will share the stairs and frontdoor. Shops within 5 minutes walk and public transport on the door step. Fully equipped kitchen with tea & coffee facilities. On the 20th of April 2024 the annual flowerparade passes my house. Seats are ready for you to enjoy the parade.
