A small apartment for rent is located in a garden of a patinaed civil bath villa surrounding the park, which has a separate entrance. The historic city center, main square, pedestrian street and Festetics Castle are all within a few hundred meters. The shore of Lake Balaton and the City Beach are about 300 meters away, and is separated by a cooling walk just through the park.

Nice spacious and light vacation house ten walking minutes away from lake Balaton. Within the house, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious living room. There is a TV, a big cozy couch and an adjacent kitchen with a dining table. Outside, there is a nice roofed terrace. In the garden, there is also a barbecue with a wok.
