The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator and is distributed on two floors: on the first floor there is a kitchen and living room, on the second floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Everyone is welcome.

The house is within a complex and one of the houses is still under construction NOTE: as from 1st March 2018 Volterra municipality has applied a tourist tax of 1.5 euro/day/person for max 3 days
