The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Vacationing in the Middle Ages flair with the comforts of today. The Wetterburg was built in 1306 and is experiencing a long history as a castle amssitz-Zehntscheune and Witwensitz. The 130sqm apartment has a fireplace with which a cozy atmosphere and cozy warmth can be generated. The old hewn beams and the beautiful half-timbering as well as a quarry stone wall in the apartment should have been experienced. The ceiling height is about 4 meters and a small flat gallery is also available.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house for up to 3 people. 1 more person could sleep in the living room on the sofa Right in the center of our historic old town, gastronomy, butcher, bakery, shops are easily accessible on foot. The train station is 10 minutes walk. The Twistesee, Edersee and Diemelsee are just around the corner. Lots of forest, bicycle and hiking trails a healing spring (Sauerbrunnen). The A44 is easily accessible

Living on the farm

Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
