A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Quietly located on a side street in Landau, the house can accommodate up to 8 people – perfect for families, groups of friends, or bikers on tour (parking for 2–3 motorcycles in a garage). Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
