The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The elaborately renovated, listed half-timbered house with 146 square meters is located in the cozy village of Kleinern on the edge of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. You wake up in the morning and drink a coffee by the mill stream or on cool days in front of the blazing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. It's hardly possible to be in the countryside any faster!
