what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to have. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. This is a wonderful ranch like get a way and it was just what we were looking to find. We are so tired of motels/hotels, crowded towns and streets. It is nice to just get out away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Birds, a deer, a turkey, and some wildflowers thrown in just added to the enjoyment . Resting on the patios in the evening looking at a dark sky full of stars was very relaxing. It is hard to describe the tranquility of the evenings we spent. It was an unexpected treat. So many sites close by to visit and see if you are inclined to do so. It was also nice that we were out away from it all and yet within a short distance of food, groceries and other amenities. Janet is the hostess with the Mostess. She was on top of everything! Super communications, super accommodations, and friends advice to help make our stay so enjoyable. OH, and sweet treats on our arrival that were very special! Thank you Janet!

We had a lovely stay at the property. Easy to get to and pleasant setup in the villas. We enjoyed the pool and a little hike as well nearby. Came with our baby and it was a great family friendly setup.

We had a great stay and will definitely book again on our next trip to Austin! The home was so peaceful with outstanding hill country views while still close to all the fun things Austin has to offer.

We had a great stay at this home and really appreciated how communicative the host was-always quick to respond to any questions. The home felt very “lived in,” which we actually appreciated for a kid-friendly stay. The photos were accurate overall, though the exterior was more overgrown than expected and the trampoline looked a bit “play at your own risk.” That said, our kids had an amazing time with the seemingly endless toys, and it was a huge relief not having to bring bulky items like a stroller or a Pack ‘n Play, since they’re here. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept us cool during a hot Austin weekend, and having a good washer/dryer made life easier. The location is definitely a strong point—easy access to some great local spots, including Launderette and Bufalina, both of which we’d highly recommend. Check-out was simple. Our only real suggestion would be a deeper cleaning refresh to match the overall comfort and utility. This place is equipped for families!

we felt like it was an absolute honor to stay in this artistic tribute to all things wonderful - whether a picture of a giraffe peering in the window to see what you are cooking, or a small plastic pig figurine looking down from above the shower. What an experience and we suspect each item displayed has a rich story that could go along with it. The artful displays provide a rich coziness to the experience in this large home. The owner keeps the place spotless and supplied with anything you might need. She is a super communicator and readily available to assist in any way. This is a place you do not want to miss - it is as unique as they come and very comfortable!

Hacienda was more than perfect for the bachelorette! The space was great for 7 of us girlies and very clean. Hosts were available if we ever needed anything, clear instructions on entering the bnb and even allowed us in a little early. Highly recommend this bnb for anyone visiting for a bachelorette or birthday! Easy drive to downtown or local restaurants as there’s everything you need nearby. Thank you for a great place!
