Eldre hus fra 1920 som ligger usjenert til på landsbygden, allikevel bare ca 500m fra hovedfartsåren E39. Huset er pusset opp til god standard med god komfort og alle fasiliteter. Huset benyttes som landsted/hytte for vår familie. Parkering for 2 biler. Old house from 1920, peacefully situated in the countryside but still only 500m from the main road E39. It has constantly been redecorated up to good standards with good comfort and all necessities. It is used as a holiday house for our family.

A comfortable living area features a pair of maroon armchairs and a matching sofa. A wooden coffee table sits in front, and a television is mounted on a white media unit. Natural light enters through a nearby window, illuminating the room's neutral tones.

Leiligheten er en sokkelleilighet i huset i Osdalsvegen 220. Jeg og min mann bor i hovedetasjen. Leiligheten har 2 soverom med tilsammen 5 soveplasser. Ett soverom med dobbel seng. Ett med køyseng der den nederste sengen har plass til to. + en barneseng. Leiligheten ligger fint til ved vannet, med bord ,benker og bålpanne , så her ligger alt til rette for grilling eller bare kos på ett stille,rolig og fint sted. Utleiestedet ligger også fint til rette for å ta turer i nærområdet

Urke er ei levandes lita bygd og har alt ein treng; flott natur, tur og bademuligheiter, butikk med post og apotek, gartneri og eigen pub/kafé. Naturen i området er fantastisk. Sunnmørsalpane omkranser bygda med majestetiske Slogen og Saksa som har blitt kjempepopulær etter at sherpaer fra Nepal har laga trappetrinn opp igjennom ura. Dei siste par åra har også Urkeegga blitt eit populært turmål. Fjella her er like populære for skituristar om vinteren som for fjellturar på sommaren.

Leilighet med egen inngang der du ikke deler noe med noen andre. Nøkkel ligger i nøkkelboks ved hovedinngangen til Lægdavegen 28 i Volda. God standard med funksjonelt ganske nytt kjøkken, ganske nytt bad og to ganske nye soverom. To dobbeltsenger på hvert soverom. Sovesofa på stue. Hele leiligheten ble laget til for noen få år siden. Lys og trivelig. 8minutts gange til sentrum med restauranter, legesenter, dagligvare, kjøpesenter. 10minutts gange til høgskole(campus) og Sykehus

Bomveg kr 30..Rolig plass for avslapping,eller for utforskning av området rundt. Muligheter for både fjellturer og andre turer i områda rundt. Også for robåt,etter avtale. Ta med soveposer eller sengetøy sjøl,der er dyner og puter. Der er solcellepanel tilgjengelig, men begrensa med batteri. Må brukast til kun det nødvendige Drikkevann, i bekken ved siden av hytta. Gass ,så en kan koke på, og kulegrill til grilling ute. Spør om det er meir De lurer på. Utedo oppom hytta.

Flott hytte på en fantastisk plass i fjellheimen i senter av Sunnmøre, og nærmeste nabo til Hornindal Skisenter og ligger i Tindetunet 2 i Harevadet hyttegrend .Hytta var bygd av Tinde Hytter og ferdigstilt hausten 2021.Hytta har 4 Soverom og totalt 11 sengeplasser. stort Spisebord , stue og god krok man kan slappe av i Danske designer Stoler☺️Hytta har 2 bad med toalett og Dusj, samt eget vaskerom. hytta og møbler holder Høg standard og det er ikkje spart på noko☺️

Central apartment in quiet area with nice garden view. Walking distance to city center, public transport and Volda University College (HVO). 10 minutes drive from ØrstaVolda/Hovden airport. Perfect distance for nice day trips among fjords and mountains. (Bird island Runde, Geiranger fjord, Hjørundfjord, Ålesund, Trollstigen etc.) Mountain hiking possibilities in every direction. Pickup from airport in Volda/Ørsta or bus station might be possible if needed.

You will feel relaxed in this spacious, light flat! Perfect location for your trips to Hellesylt-Geiranger, Stryn, Briksdal, Loen-Kjenndal glacier, Selje-Vågsøy, etc. A charging station for electric cars (payment) is situated outside.
