Our house is located in Vodnjan, about 5 min from Fažana, and 10 from Pula. House is fully equipped and furnished - consist of living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and cozy outdoor space with table chairs and barbecue, also a parking for one car. Near house you can find store, ATM, pizzeria, restaurants, bakery and bars. It's located in peaceful neighborhood close to center, but still surrounded by nature and secluded enough to give you privacy. Pets are welcome too. Have a nice stay!

Wir hatten das absolute Glück, unseren Urlaub in diesem modernen Traumhaus in Vodnjan zu verbringen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und dennoch in der Nähe von Pula und allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist ein absoluter Hingucker! Die Ausstattung ist modern und es bietet mehr als genug Platz für eine große Gruppe wie unsere. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen konnten. Der private Pool war das absolute Highlight. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und boten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo war von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Kombination aus modernem Komfort, ruhiger Lage und der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft von Paolo hat unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht.

een aantal dagen mogen verblijven met z'n vijfen. erg leuke woning met handige gemakken. voor 5 personen wel aan de krappe kant als het slecht weer is. grote tuin achter het huis waardoor het voor ons groot genoeg was. bedankt Rosana voor de woning!

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt – absolut authentisch! Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, bestens gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für erholsame Tage. Darko und sein Bruder Dragan waren äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sympathisch – ein großes Dankeschön an die beiden! Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Leuten im Alter von 25 bis 32 dort. Persönlicher CheckIn mit Rundführung erfolgte flexibel nach vorheriger Absprache und verlief reibungslos. Unterkunft entsprach volkommen den Erwartungen und war wie auf den Bildern. Villa war der ideale Ort um Touren zu unternehmen, da viele schöne Orte wie Pula, Rovinij oder Porec in näherer Umgebung waren. Besonders hervorzuheben war der Service. So wurde zum Beispiel Abends nach einem zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm gefragt, welcher bereits am nächsten Morgen vorbigebracht wurde. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa, wenn man Wert auf Privatsphäre legt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
