Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

The accommodation offered by Charly is absolutely amazing, very atypical, in a green setting. We really enjoyed the Nordic bath, as well as the garden leek fondue and breakfast. We'll be sure to come back in winter. Best regards, Caroline and Nicolas.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

Great chalet near the bus stop to Morzine/Avoriaz. Looks a bit like Soho Farmhouse (iykyk) and was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the living room. The shared hot tub was a treat, perfect for group trip. We would love to stay there again.

It was a short but very satisfied holiday for me and my wife. In addition to the impressive atmosphere of Chamonix, Collineige’s place we stayed in was also very pleasant and comfortable.

Exceptional location with lovely lake views and absolute calm. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

Cozy and complete cottage in a lovely place close to nature. Nice private garden. Close to the lake and the paragliding landing of Doussard. Camping supermarket is handy.

I had a lovely stay at petit lumina, nicely decorated with pretty much everything you need. Highly recommend their delivered self catering meals absolutely delicious. Thanks for a great stay. Only thing is that the parking spot is in a garage so excellent for small cars, bit trickier for a taller van.

Location of the chalet is great. The great welcome and the accommodation is well equipped. I'd be happy to go back.

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful time. You can't get tired of this view of the lake as well as the calm of the place. Lovers of nature and tranquility, go for it! And cherry on the cake, Deanna and Antoine's sympathy... In short, we recommend 100% 😊

Very good stay in an ideal setting. The chalet is very well located and a 15-min walk to the center of Chamonix. The host is very responsive and the instructions are very clear.

The stay in Elizabeth's chalet was very pleasant, combining the comfort of the home with the beauty of the landscape. The cottage has a nice garden and convenient parking. I had a great time with my children and, given the very convenient location, I was able to go on nice trips. In the evening, it was beautiful to look at the stars from the lawn! Tidy cottage with a practical and youthful style; also equipped with a dishwasher. I am also very pleased with the availability and friendliness of the host Elizabeth. I sincerely recommend it!

A peaceful haven, you have to love farm animals, dogs, isolation, insects, vegetation. A secluded and simple mountain life. I found what I came for. Manu and Sandrine are responsive and caring. Probably not the last time ;)

A quiet stay in the heights of the village, away from the hustle and bustle of nature ... with a small quality restaurant canteen right next door The cottage is beautifully bucolic, rustic for the upper part, the return to the roots is guaranteed, fireplace and wool slippers as a bonus...

The small chalet was a haven of peace after a day of hiking. We enjoyed the setting and the accommodation very much!

The accommodation is really small but very cozy and there is everything you need (kitchen, bathroom etc. but also storage). While it snowed one night, we didn't get cold; the cabin is well insulated and heated. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay, quiet, and enjoyed the equally peaceful surroundings with a few walks.

A quick romantic nature getaway. This small cottage is super nice, warm and lost in nature with stunning mountain views! Fanny and her family are charming and very attentive. A good stay, to be recommended without hesitation and to try again in fine weather.

I had an amazing stay at Stephan and Alice’s chalet. The view on La Tournette was gorgeous and there are great hikes to do in the area. I will definitely come back!

We found the place very peaceful and pleasant. A beautiful terrace surrounded by trees, comfortable lounge chairs for a relaxing stay. Everything is close by; bike paths, lake, nature reserve, small shop. Check-in and checkout is autonomous and easy... the host is available to respond to messages. We will come back without hesitation

A perfect little cottage for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. We would highly recommend it.
