The house has exceeded our expectations! It's as beautiful as in the photos and had everything we needed for the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

Good evening, House with excellent location, quiet neighborhood, has a bakery nearby, playground for children with playground. Comfortable house, all clean, very helpful host... As feedback, perform maintenance on the door locks, to have more privacy, after bathing for example, otherwise, everything was perfect.

Cristiano and Nicole were great people, it felt like we had been friends for many years. Always attentive to us, extremely polite, I had no problem at all, simply impeccable, I hope I can go back soon, because it is very worthwhile, we went to the beach on foot it is so close, the house is very safe too. Congratulations!!! 👏🏽👏🏽 We went for work, but I hope to return more often, either for work or with family.

My family and I were comfortably hosted at the house. There were 12 of us and everyone liked it very much! The place is very quiet, the beach is very good and close (we walked) and the house is very clean and organized. Isis always responded very quickly and offered much more than we asked for! I recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet stay to rest.

We love our stay! Everything was clean, organized, spacious, ventilated, nothing was missing. Super quiet check-in and check-out, very quiet place perfect for resting, it took us about 20 minutes to get to the main beaches (a few days a little less because of traffic). Next to the apartment there are markets, bakeries, pizzerias and pharmacies. Nothing to complain about! Thank you for the stay!

Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, Vila Velha's sights, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful house, super comfortable sofas, Internet great kitchen and no defect gourmet area some perfect home. The place where the house is located has some somewhat undervalued houses, but we had no trouble with anyone in the house.

The location is very convenient, close to good restaurants and the airport.

The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

We love the venue and the host. Extremely polite and helpful village council. We were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely return at another time!

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

The house was rented to two employees of the company, they really liked the house, clean exactly as advertised, met expectations with great cost-benefit! Host always quick and efficient in responses and everything was properly as contracted. The location was a great strong point because the employees went to a construction site and it was very close!
