Vacation rentals with a patio in Vitória

The host Priscila was exceptionally attentive. We were tired from the trip and she promptly helped us by renting the property at the last minute for 2 days to rent another one calmly. As for the region, I was born in Vila Velha, I know the region well. The property is well located, it has accommodations that meet the needs of any person, it is charming and spacious.

Claudia's apartment is excellent, good location near the beach you can walk quietly, lots of shops nearby, supermarkets etc, quiet street, little noise, very quiet building. Great bed, wardrobe in the room, good and clean bathroom, excellent shower, very clean kitchen with all necessary and good utensils, good refrigerator, Internet, TV, everything working very well. It's an excellent deal to stay at this apartment. Cláudia is very helpful, responds quickly and made our check-in flexible since we arrived early and the apartment was unoccupied. We did not have any problems with the stay. Cláudia Sinda leaves garbage bags available for exchange (which is not usually the case) and also some cleaning products and a floor cloth that is sometimes needed to dry water that falls on the floor or something else, I thought that was very good. I highly recommend Claudia's apartment, you won't be disappointed. I will stay other times for sure.

Our stay was wonderful and this is due to the attention and sympathy with which we were received by Kleber... he always responded quickly to our questions and needs. The apartment is even better than in the photos, beautiful, well located, well decorated, extremely clean, fragrant linens and towels.... it was certainly our best choice! We want to go back!

The location is great, as is the apartment itself. Itaparica beach, in turn, is excellent, with great kiosks (I recommend Marimar) and a privileged location, 20 minutes from Vitória shopping mall. For those in doubt, the apartment is on the beach block, less than 5 minutes from the sand. We had a small setback with the hydro, but Daniel was very helpful in finding a solution to the unforeseen event. In addition, the host recommended great places to go. I recommend staying at the property!!

The stay was simply spectacular! The house is exactly as described in the listing – comfortable, well-equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with easy access to everything we needed during the holiday. The host was super attentive and helpful, making us very comfortable from the beginning. The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

The house was rented to two employees of the company, they really liked the house, clean exactly as advertised, met expectations with great cost-benefit! Host always quick and efficient in responses and everything was properly as contracted. The location was a great strong point because the employees went to a construction site and it was very close! Elisangela was a very kind and attentive host, the beautiful, huge and very comfortable house. We took everything because we didn't know the house and didn't even need it because it left all the bedding, and even towel, all very clean, the house was super complete and comfortable. Difficult to even comment... Me and my family were very pleased with the attention given by Ricardo. Very kind and quick to assist us. The house is wonderful with everything we didn't even imagine having due to the experience of other places. I was delighted with everything, clean white towels, clean white linens, the whole house was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Super quiet location, even surprised me, close to the beach, several shops nearby, leisure places, parking with clean space and materials for use in the kitchen, the essentials, especially since I had an army of five, everything was as advertised. Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

The only bad thing was the time to say goodbye. Three days go by too quickly, apartment exactly as advertised, Lorraine very attentive to me and Graciete, a wonderful person.

The apartment is perfect: great collon , clean bed clothes and excellent air-conditioning. Equipped box. Location : You can go to the beach,bakery ,supermarket without using a car. For those with a child, it is also interesting because it is close to Praia da Sereia . The hospitality and sympathy of Nathalia and her father , Mr.Ricardi ,only complete the perfect setting! I miss you already!
