We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

Going to Vila Velha is always an enjoyable experience. Staying at Alexandre's apartment made those days even more pleasant. Great apartment, with a stunning view, having around you excellent restaurants, coffee makers, ice cream shops. Alexandre was requested in everything I needed. Apt matches what's listed on the posting. I hope to come back more often and highly recommend.

We stayed 5 days, it was very peaceful. Safe neighborhood, there is a bakery in front, the beach can be reached on foot. The building has a great structure, the apartment is comfortable. Everything ok.

Amazing stay. checked in with my significant other and one of my really good friends. the place was super clean and had everything we needed. the view from the balcony was more than perfect and the air conditioner came in handy on those hot days. the only thing I think I can say was bad is the water temperature wasn't the hottest but from what I have learned that is in many places out there.

The apartment is super well located, and has all the necessary utilities. Clean bed and bath linens, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. This is the second time I've stayed there, and I recommend it.

Tranquila, harmonious, pleasant; caring gatekeepers, amenities such as internet and quality cable TV, as well as the proximity to shopping and leisure venues; sorry we didn't have time to enjoy the host's good library! Excellent, overall!

The stay was wonderful. The host returns quickly and always helpful. The building is of great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and quick access by car to Vila Velha, historic center of Vitória, waterway, tamar project and humpback whale, beaches, as well as other important sites in the region. The concierge service is very good and the gym of the building is very complete, good for those who do not want to stop doing their routine physical activity (the region also offers a possibility for cyclists). The apartment is amazing: well organized and decorated, accommodates 4 people in a comfortable way, full kitchen, laundry room, has two bathrooms, spacious room overlooking the third bridge. Bed linen and towels are available. Rooms and living rooms have air conditioning, to be used sparingly or at will if prior agreement with the host. Coming back for a new stay for sure! My family and I had a great stay at Gloria's apartment. It had the necessary amenities and I found the space more spacious in person than in the photos. The location is great, the building faces the sea. My daughter worked from home a few days and the Internet worked perfectly. Gloria was helpful and tried to meet our needs.

Amazing place, prime location, 10 minutes from Vila Velha mall, Perim market (8 minutes walk), super dear hosts, the super attentive Christina all the time asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything. We loved the city, a place we would definitely live in. The balcony, which I had doubts, today is all closed with glass windows, a wonder, super sea view. It will certainly be our first choice on a new visit.

Location exactly as described, simple but with all the necessary basics + comfort of air conditioning in both environments. We stayed more than 1 month and it was quiet, internet with stable connection to work and convenient location with bakeries and restaurants nearby. But the best thing is to be in front of the beach! Amazing apartment, very clean and with an amazing view, close to everything! I was treated with a little ignorance on the first day by the doorman, but other than that my stay was wonderful, José is an excellent host, he always answered me quickly, made my check-in flexible, if I have other opportunities I will return.
