Studio Dalmatia is 28 m2, located on the ground floor, 70 m away from the sea. The view overlooks the beautiful mountain Velebit and the long sandy beach (Queens Beach). The apartment has a 47m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the sea! The apartment is new, with a luxurious bathroom, modern kitchen and fireplace (for safety reasons it is forbidden to light a fire) 70 meters away from the sea and 400 m from Kraljičina plaža. An excellent location for an evening walk by the sea to the center

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
